After graduating from a university in the United States, and worked as a manager at several foreign-capital companies and experienced launch of new businesses, he established MindBank G.K. He is well versed in market development in Japan and Asia focusing on IT enterprise business.

While always on the cutting edge and challenging to develop new areas of IT, recently he has been working on the theme of introducing AI in various medical fields.

He likes to move his body and spends most of his weekends traveling and climbing mountains, very outdoor type person.

Since the dawn of the domestic IT industry, he worked as a director of core systems development in various companies. After that, he established BMS Co., Ltd., a strategic firm-based management consulting company, and managed four companies in adjacent industries. He MBOed those companies and after working as an officer of several companies including a major IT vendor, he joined MindBank in 2023. Now, he is in charge of all sales matters.

His hobbies are playing musical instruments (guitar, drums), and composing and arranging music as a contemporary jazz musician who used to work under a professional label.

He has extensive and rich experience in the fields of software development, cloud computing and system integration. Always pursue the latest technology, such as applying various AI technologies, and strive to maintain technical competitiveness in customer/internal projects. Tony's strong technical background and deep expertise play a pivotal role in providing cutting-edge solutions to our clients and in the continuous improvement of our development team.

He is fluent in English, Japanese and Vietnamese, and has experience living and working in Japan. In our multinational organization, he understands the needs of different cultures and different markets, and is good at building effective cooperative relationships and solving problems while making the most of diversity.

休日は家族と過ごし、アウトドアやBBQ、市民農園での野菜作りを楽しんでいます。
